- Timeout for voice messages: - you can set the maximum length of any recorded voice message, when a user enters your account to leave their message. This is calculated in seconds. For instance 300 (default) seconds equals five minutes of available recording time.
After the default recording time is reached, the caller will hear the 'Timeout' message played to them. They will then have the option of keeping the existing message or re-recording.
- Voice messages expire after x days - voice messages stored within your 'voice' sub-folder (within your account) will expire after x number of days. This means that after x days these messages will be sent to the trash folder.
This is user definable and, as default, voice messages do not expire within your account. Substitute 'x' for days.
